Children Playing

2004, 119 x 83 cm, Acrylic on canvas

Kids playing kites. Their technique involves glueing ground glass to the string and trying to cut the opponent's string to win the trophy. Game played across the whole of Brazil and probably every other country in the world too.

You can tell which one is the boy and which the girl, can't you? Pretty obvious, no?
